My goal as an EESU officer is to make sure every member will feel welcome and included in this organization. Most of us are first-generation students and therefore, by connecting with the youth, we can advise and teach the younger generation to become the best they can be. We are able to further expose them to culture, leadership and help them grow with their own identity overall. I also plan on seeing our culture and heritage be celebrated on campus. I want us to give what we can to those in need by going to our community center. By doing this, I know there will be long-lasting friendships and connections created here.
